HI Anja,
I know Rudy sent an email thanking you for planning our trip. But still, weeks later, we are talking about it! We LOVED every minute of the entire trip. Your agency really did an amazing job.

Not only was everywhere we stayed fabulous, we had excellent service, help and support every detail of the trip! We loved Camp Jabulani. The house was fantastic, as well as the service and safari. Singita, was fabulouse. Cape Grace was beautiful. The guides terrific. We were jam packed and loved every minute of it! Victoria Falls was beautiful and definitely worth seeing.

Thank you again.
Marci

ITINERARY:

Day 01 – Day 02
One night at Peermont Mondior at Emperors Palace Hotel in Johannesburg, South Africa

Day 02 to Day 03
2 nights at Camp Jabulani in Mpumalanga in a Zindoga suite on a full board basis including local drinks, snacks, a butler, laundry, elephant back excursions, game drives, guided bush walks, private vehicle, a visit to Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre.

Camp Jabulani is a perfect translation of the African bush, seamlessly blending classic and elegant interiors with the natural bush beyond. A camp of and within the elements. Rich textures of organic elements create a harmonious and pleasing balance between “designer” and “authentic”. Grass-pressed mud walls, stone floors and thatched roofs are but some of the natural features guests may expect to find. An open flow of light and air allow for a communion with the African bush without forsaking optimum comfort. Rich woods, crystal glasses, silver service somehow seamlessly blend into an experience of genuine hospitality and sensory indulgence. The camp is built along the bank of a seasonal stream. An open-plan dining room and lounge merge with the wooden deck which lies in the shade of gigantic leadwood trees (around which the main facility was constructed). An impressive suspension bridge connects these living areas with the suites which lie scattered beyond the river bed.The sole objective of the team of professionally skilled and personable staff is to meet the needs of their valued guests. To indulge, spoil, pamper and entertain. But most importantly - to share with them the story and the experience of the elephants.

Day 03 to Day 06
3 nights at Singita Ebony Lodge in Mpumalanga in 2 suites inclusive of meals, local drinks, two safari activities per day.

Ebony Lodge has a commanding presence and an essence that evokes an intense feeling of familiarity - as if visiting a congenial family home. Sumptuous coziness is simply the order of the day - tempting you into relaxation and reflection. The secluded thatched suites are the epitome of elegant comfort, with rooms styled with an eclectic mix of colours, fabrics and textures. A colonial feel with Egyptian linen, African throws, antiques and modern luxuries combine to create a homely, lived-in feel. From the vast wooden deck to the pool overlooking the Sand River, it’s not uncommon to see elephant, buffalo and antelope grazing only metres away at any time of day. Perhaps this is where the notion of an ‘armchair safari’ was perfected...Singita Ebony Lodge offers twelve suites, all with their own en suite bathroom and shower, outside shower, heated private swimming pool, double-sided fireplace, mini bar and fridge, room mini safe, air-conditioning, overhead fans, private lounge, direct dial telephones and game-viewing deck.
