Island
Resorts:
Mahe and Praslin Island resorts we strongly recommend are; the
sumptuous Banyan Tree located along a prime beachfront on Mahe,
with each spacious villa boasting a private pool, and the gracious
Lemuria Resort on Praslin Island, with its pure white beaches
and scenic golf course. Nature lovers will be attracted to the
private 350-acre Denis Island with its stylish island-style cottages;
informal Bird Island Lodge on the tiny coral atoll of Bird Island,
which is visited by 3 million fairy terns each year; and the small
granite island of Cousine, which is a privately owned nature reserve
with just 4 villas. Fregate Island Private boasts 16 luxury villas,
each with terrace and jacuzzi, ensuring ultimate privacy, whilst
scuba-diving, game fishing, water skiing and yacht cruises can
all be enjoyed.
