Coast Safaris (4 days):
A
unique combination of daily flights and drives gives travellers
an in depth-experience of this vast region. You will be introduced
to diverse geological formation, fascinating shipwrecks and the
refuges of the desert rhino and elephant. Highlights are the desolate
coastline with its roaring dunes, the stark Ugab rock formations,
and the striking red lavas and yellow sandstones of the Huab environs.
You will view ancient San rock engravings, visit the nomadic Himba
people and enjoy panoramic vistas near the remote Angolan border.
Safaris are usually hosted by the Schoeman family who share a
lifetime of passion for this remote region. Longer safaris can
